Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify potential clients, build strong connections, and develop strategic partnerships across the childcare industry.
  • Platform Demonstrations: Conduct in-depth product demos to showcase Owly’s benefits, guiding prospective clients through its features.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Onboarding: Help the onboarding team with setting up the account and initial configuration.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs, helping Owly stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in B2B, SaaS, or similar sales roles, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Language:Fluency in Business English. Fluency in any other language such as Italian, Spanish or French will be considered an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable working toward KPIs.
  • Attributes: Goal-driven, motivated, and resilient, with a passion for understanding client needs.
